Fifth Third Asset Management, Inc. (FTAM) is an SEC registered investment advisor that traces it roots back to 1975 and as of March 31, 2012 has more than $15.0 billion in assets under management for institutional and individual investors. FTAM is also an indirect, wholly owned subsidiary of Fifth Third Bancorp. FTAM serves as investment advisor to the Fifth Third Funds and as such, oversees the securities held within the funds.
FTAM offers a diversified array of products for a diversified group of clients, which along with the scale of the firm provides broad firm stability for our clients.

The Fifth Third Funds began in 1988, and today offer a variety of stock, bond, and money market funds to help individuals and institutional investors achieve their financial goals through the ability to create well-diversified investment portfolios. Our offerings include our five LifeModel Funds, a family of active asset allocation funds designed for various client risk profiles, as well as stock and bond funds designed to invest in certain areas of the financial markets.
Fifth Third Bancorp is a bank holding company that engages in commercial and retail banking, electronic payment processing services, and investment advisory services in the United States. The bank provides a range of financial products and services to the retail, commercial, financial, governmental, educational, and medical sectors. Fifth Third Bank traces its origins to the Bank of the Ohio Valley, which opened its doors in 1858. In 1871, Third National Bank purchased the Bank of the Ohio Valley. Third National Bank and Fifth National Bank merged in 1908, to become the Fifth Third Bank. Fifth Third Bancorp was incorporated on October 7, 1974.
